🎨 How It Works: Live Illustrations by Lavin Art
Booking your live event illustrator is easy – here’s what to expect:
Choose a Package
Select the illustration package that suits your event. We’ll confirm timings, venue details, and any personal touches you'd like to include.On the Day
Guests simply visit the Lavin Art table and, if they'd like a portrait, we take a quick reference photo. Each drawing takes around 10–15 minutes, depending on the number of people in the portrait.Collect & Celebrate
Once the drawing is ready, guests return to collect their portrait – and the reactions are priceless. They often show others, sparking a buzz around the event.Announce the Surprise
We recommend sending a pre-event email letting guests know a Live Illustrator will be attending – a special gift from the happy couple. It builds excitement and helps manage expectations (first come, first served!).Custom Illustrations for Stationery
Want something extra special? You can send your favourite photos ahead of time for Naz to illustrate. These can be used on Save the Date cards or wedding invitations – our print partner can help bring them to life. It's a unique way to let guests know: "The artist behind your invite will be drawing live at the event!"

5 Hours (Half Day) – £175
8 Hours (Full Day) – £245

£17.50 per sketch (up to 2 people, includes digital copy)
On-the-Day Purchases (depends on pre booking volume)

£22.00 with digital copy
Optional Framing
A5 ready-to-display frames – £5.00 each

Based in Birstall, West Yorkshire
30 minutes of travel included
Additional fees may apply for longer distances or overnight stays
